Mission
To provide the best service at an affordable price to out clients, in an environment that is professional, casual and comfortable for it's customers as well as the staff. We will strive to uphold the highest level of integrity and to improve the client experience, through product knowledge and education while providing unmatched customer service to every client.

History
Estblished September 2000
The Refinery was started by Autumn Williams, an esthetician and massage therapist, as a modest skin care salon on the second floor of 321 SE 14th Avenue. Slowly, support staff and other service providers were added as word of mouth grew the business.

June 2002
The Refinery grew into the first floor adding hair and nail services, thus doubling the salon staff.

January 2004
The Refinery takes possession of the third floor, which now houses massage services and Private Spa Events, debuting in February 2005.

kanji Symbol
Kanji is a blend of the Chinese and Japanese characters. The figure translates as to cleanse, to purify, to refine.

At the Refinery, our kanji symbolizes our talented staff's dedication to helping you achieve your personal grooming and wellness needs from brows to toes.
